The goals of Educational Enrichment Systems are to:

• Promote family literacy and parent participation, while providing children a safe environment, positive emotional support, nutritious meals, stimulation, social interaction and active involvement in their life.
  
  
• Provide quality child care services to low-income working families.
  
  
• Develop new child development spaces with public and private partners.
  
  
• Provide technical consulting to other organizations seeking to build child care centers.
