Your gift will help provide an outstanding educational experience to EES students.

Specifically, your charitable giving will support a broad range of important efforts including community outreach and advocacy for high quality early education, our daily meal program which provides over 1,100 children with fresh, nutritious fare, special events such as our Read Across America celebration in March and the restocking of art supplies, books and toys at each of our centers.

There is a multitude of ways that you can help support or children:

Ensuring the Future Campaign, Chaired by Deni Jacobs

A Vision for 2020

For more than 30 years, EES has provided an outstanding early education experience for children aged 18 months to 5 years. We introduce children to a lifelong love of learning, and we prepare them to succeed in kindergarten and beyond.
As the cost of providing high-quality education continues to rise, EES is grateful for the support of donors like you to help keep its curriculum, staff, and facilities at the forefront of early education.
EES provides the same outstanding educational experience to all its students, regardless of family finances. But EES also strives to meet the needs of low-income families in our community and to ensure that all children have equal access to quality preschool.
Your support enhances the EES experience for children today. It also ensures that EES will have a stable financial future to serve thousands of children for decades to come.

Help us continue to provide high quality early education and expand the number of children and families we serve.

Holiday Giving

Thanksgiving Baskets: Each year EES sends home some of our families with full Thanksgiving meals. This tradition helps lighten the burden of the holidays for struggling parents, and allows the opportunity for family reflection and time together without the stress of financing a meal. Adopt a family for our Thanksgiving Basket program, and help make the holiday a little easier for one of our families in need.

Holiday Gifts: Each year EES sends each child home with a present for the Winter holiday. You can bring light to a child during the holiday season by sponsoring a gift! Feel free to donate for a single child, a whole classroom, or an amount of your choice!

Special Programs

Literacy: EES hosts many events throughout the year to promote student literacy as a family and community responsibility. A gift of any amount can help provide books for special events like the Annual Read Across America Day, support volunteers who come to read with our students, and provide books for children to take home to their home library. Consider a monthly donation to continue supporting our literacy efforts long-term.

Backpack Celebration: As children transition out of EES and into Kindergarten and Transitional Kindergarten, EES hosts a ceremony and presents each child with a backpack full of supplies to help them succeed in the next school year. Help support our students' transition by giving them the materials they need for success!

Nutrition: At EES we know that high quality meals mean that children can focus and succeed in the classroom. This is why we go above and beyond in the meals that we offer our children during the school day, ensuring that we have better, fresher, and more well rounded meals than what the minimum standards require. Your gift will help offset the cost of these higher quality meals, and ensure that EES children have only the best nutritious meals and snacks each day.

By making a difference in a child's early education, you are impacting their success throughout their entire life.

Thank you for your continued support.

EES is a 501c3 organization.
